As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a long history, Ten16 Recovery Network seeks people with passion.

Skills can be taught, but a desire to serve others is essential!

We’ve set out to create a working environment that supports our staff so they can in turn support our clients. Our staff members come to the table with different experiences and strengths, but we’re all brought together by a simple belief:

Our goal is to empower people in Central Michigan to live fully. Our recovery approach is substance-free because we believe that true freedom isn’t only about quitting drinking or stopping using. It’s about being free to live life on your own terms.

Ten16 has given me the opportunity to work within an agency that continuously advocates for people with SUD, an agency that aims to help people live whole lives through recovery and wellness. I am part of the admissions team for our residential program; it’s such a unique experience, being the first point of contact for so many of our clients and being able to witness all the work they do while they’re in our care. My team helps ensure we are serving each person who inquires about our program, not just the people who come into residential treatment – sometimes this means referral to outpatient, connecting with sober living, being a listening ear for a family member, speaking with people who have met with our project assert team, or on occasion referral to another program. I am honored to be able to help people see that recovery is possible and that everyone can and has the right to live free.
