Meet Ten16’s leadership team

For over 40 years, Ten16 Recovery Network has been a champion for sustained, abstinence-oriented recovery.

Meet the leaders who show up every day to shape life-changing opportunities for people who struggle with substance use disorders.

We’re here to walk alongside you

At Ten16, we are committed to creating a safe community for people who struggle with substance use disorders, and we walk alongside each client until they are able to turn that pain into purpose.

You will find that the collective impact of our leadership’s knowledge, experience and expertise is what allows us to stand out as a force for hope and change.

No matter which treatment or support service you or your loved one need, our leadership team—and our entire staff in dozens of locations across Central Michigan!—are here to help. We know that recovery is possible.

Laurie Keyser
Laurie Keyser, BS
Chief Financial Officer / Chief Administrative Officer

Laurie Keyser began working at Ten16 back in 1997 when her young family moved to Midland to be closer to her husband’s family. She received my business degree from the University of Michigan and worked in the Detroit area as a CPA for 12 years prior to moving to Midland.

The organization was much smaller when she arrived in 1997, and it has been a great joy to see all the different ways our agency has grown to support those suffering with SUD not only in Midland but across the mid-Michigan region.

Her role is overseeing the financial and human resources functions of Ten16. She is humbled by the difficult work done by Ten16 and honored to be a part of this organization for so long.  Her young family has grown, and her 3 children all work in different cities now, but she and her husband continue to enjoy their life in Midland.
