PREVENTION

When children experience trauma, their chances of experimenting with alcohol and drugs to cope with the hurt goes up dramatically.

Here you support Ten16’s prevention work in the schools, teaching kids the life skills and resiliency skills they need. Their hopes and dreams are too good, and they are shown their worth.

OUTREACH

90% of people with SUD don’t think that their problem is bad enough to require professional help, even as their life might be falling apart.

Here you support Ten16’s outreach efforts to meet people where they’re at and show them change is possible.

Sometimes they’re not ready, but we have planted a seed of hope and shown them that people care.

PEER SUPPORT

Ten16 offers a support group, open to anyone in the community, called Recovery by the Slice. Free lunch and a support group facilitated by a trained Recovery Coach, a staff in long-term recovery.

Not everyone’s insurance covers the cost of this program, but we never turn anyone away. And pizza can be pricey.

INTENSIVE TREATMENT

For those overcoming addiction, intensive services are often needed, like residential treatment or recovery housing.

Not all insurances adequately cover these evidence-based interventions, and we don’t want families to mortgage their future to get the care their loved one needs.

IN MEMORIAM

As a way to honor a loved one, we welcome memorials to help us expand our reach to more communities, pilot new innovations for a deeper impact and improve our facilities.
