28 Years of Stewardship, Integrity, and Heart
After 28 years of dedicated service, Laurie Keyser is retiring as Chief Financial Officer of Ten16 Recovery Network. Her leadership has helped shape Ten16’s story and leaves a lasting legacy.
Laurie joined Ten16 when it was still small and growing. For nearly thirty years, she was a steady and trusted financial leader, helping Ten16 grow from a modest program with a $780K annual budget into a $5M network that now serves thousands each year. Through every expansion, change, and challenge, Laurie brought stability and calm.
Laurie was known not only for her financial skills but also for her deep commitment to our mission, our staff, and the people we serve. She viewed her financial work as a way to support people, recovery, and community impact. Laurie balanced careful management with compassion, always keeping both long-term goals and daily needs in mind. Laurie often brought calm by asking thoughtful questions, spotting risks early, and helping find solutions when things were uncertain. Many of the organization’s best decisions reflect her influence, even if her name was not mentioned.
As her retirement plaque says, Laurie’s career is marked by integrity, dedication, and a strong commitment to Ten16’s mission and people. She leaves behind stronger systems, a more resilient organization, and a culture that values both responsibility and care.
Although Laurie is leaving her CFO role, her impact will last for years through the programs she supported, the leaders she helped, and the many times her advice made a difference.
On behalf of the Board, leadership, staff, and all the communities Ten16 serves, thank you, Laurie, for 28 remarkable years. Your legacy is part of this organization, and we will never forget your contributions.
We wish you rest, new adventures, and the comfort of knowing your work truly mattered.
