Ten16 Recovery Network is thrilled to announce its recent award of a generous grant from the Midland Area Community Foundation. This critical funding will support Ten16’s ambitious new endeavor, The B.R.I.D.G.E. Initiative, a transformative 30-month plan designed to enhance organizational capacity, expand programming, and strengthen leadership succession.
The B.R.I.D.G.E. Initiative, an acronym for Building, Replication, Infrastructure, Durable, Growth, and Execution, represents Ten16’s commitment to bold, strategic evolution in response to increasing community needs and organizational demands. This initiative will drive Ten16’s efforts in:
- Building (Succession Planning): Developing a robust succession plan to ensure continuity and stability in leadership.
- Replication (Program Development): Expanding and replicating successful programs to broaden reach and impact.
- Infrastructure (Capacity Building): Enhancing organizational infrastructure to support growth and efficiency.
- Durable (Financial Health & Sustainability): Strengthening financial health and sustainability to ensure long-term success.
- Growth (Staff Development): Investing in staff development to build a skilled and resilient workforce.
- Execution (Effective, Efficient & Responsive Expansion): Implementing strategies to expand services effectively and responsively.
