Furniture Upgrade

Thank you, Cabot!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Ten16 recently received a generous donation of apartment furniture from Cabot Corporation, a specialty chemical company in Midland. This gesture has significantly impacted our Recovery Housing program.

Cabot Corporation’s donation includes high-quality furniture that has transformed our recovery housing spaces into welcoming, comfortable, and supportive environments for those we serve. This contribution goes beyond providing essential furnishings; it enhances the living experience of individuals in recovery, offering them a sense of stability and comfort as they work towards rebuilding their lives.

Here at Ten16, we believe a supportive and nurturing environment is crucial for recovery and personal growth. The new furniture from Cabot Corporation helps us create spaces that are not only functional but also homely and inviting. This kindness directly supports our mission of providing a safe, sober, and empowering place for individuals on their journey to lasting recovery.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Cabot Corporation for their thoughtfulness and generosity. Your support plays a vital role in making a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Together, we are making strides towards a brighter future for our community.

A special shoutout also goes out to Heather Humm, Sarah Cassidy, Candi Johnson, and Lindsay Harper from Ten16, who hauled the furniture from the third-floor apartment, loaded it all on a truck, and delivered it to the Recovery Houses. We have some exceptional folks in recovery housing who helped unload and place new furniture and put the old on the curb.
