As a private, non-profit, Ten16 is governed by a group of community leaders who freely give their time and talent to help us achieve our vision and mission. We strive to have people from all of the communities and sectors that we serve, including those who have been impacted by substance use disorders. We are thankful for their service.
You have a choice in who you work with to get the results you desire. It is important that you know whether a provider is accountable to anyone, so you should carefully research local providers and find the ones that are meeting national standards. Ten16 Recovery Network has maintained national accreditation with CARF International since 1991.
An indicator of trust is how an agency is supported by the community. Ten16 has been a partner agency with the United Way since 1988. The United Way provides critical support to local programs. These dollars are awarded to agencies that are showing strong outcomes and have demonstrate excellent stewardship of the public's trust.
Leaders help others do the right things, and hold themselves accountable to the same. Being a values-driven organization means that we are particular about who we have serving in leadership positions within the organization. Our team is comprised of people who are grounded, principled and passionate about recovery and wellness.
